WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We ship packages via CANADA POST, UPS, and ourselves (local delivery).
LOCAL DELIVERY: St. Albert, Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, LEDUC and Morinville.
for local delivery, we start working from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. And we received the last order at 6:00 P.M. for same-day delivery. From Mon-Sat.
ID verification is required before your delivery.
Shipping Fees
shipping costs will be determined after the order is placed and charged to the Customer
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we do not offer international shipping.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from receiving the shipment. If 7 days from receiving the shipment have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any change due to damage does not incur an additional cost.
